​  A Charlotte North Carolina native, that brings a new meaning to G.R.I.T.S (girl raised in the south) with a hint of Spiciness. I enjoy making people laugh and feel like they are important! Who would have thought that my passion for cooking would turn into writing a cookbook; which led to me exploring my talent in other genres.
I am an author under two pen names:  Elaine Jenkins & Ingrid Symone that writes short stories, Christian fiction, urban fiction, romance, young adult, LGBT and self-help.
My ultimate goal is to continue to push out books that readers can enjoy. To build my brand thru my publishing company Divinity Publishing.
